Our
longest client continuous assignment saw Rothgard manage the
planning, design and implementation of a 1000-seat Intranet for
their Asia-Pacific operation. The project, which included many
sub-projects managed by Rothgard, stretched over a period of
two years.
At
one point in time a Rothgard Program Manager was reporting to
the Management Team of the client on over 25 projects.

The Rothgard TRANSACT™ methodology
has been used extensively to develop the project from the initial
concept through to Government acceptance as a "Significant Project".
Rothgard has been involved in all components of the business
planning including the functional definition, project risk and
impact assessments, business planning, business projections and
corporate system development.
Rothgard will be included as a valued partner through the Master
Planning and Construction phases and well into the operational phase
of the development. |

was engaged in developing a strategy to expand a 200+ outlet
food franchise to 5000 outlets via an ambitious international
expansion plan.
Rothgard
completed detailed business, finance, structuring and risk analysis
using the TRANSACT™ methodology.
The
completed project included comprehensive recommendations on risk
and transition management, organizational restructuring, information
technology strategies and financing.
